and I dont want people like that on our nice and quiet server.

Well, first off, i'll tell you how to post Pictures, When you press Reply, along the top are buttons, just hover over them and it will tell you to Host an image, or insert an image, Use host an image and post Links and i will chek them up.
Then i will make my descision

This player has had more than enough time to respond, and also i found some greif of his, rather foolish of him, considering he has a ban report on him, and is being watched all the time, by me.
